This programme of action will expand Farmer Service Centres and agro-park Seed Nodes into one-stop hubs that guarantee reliable access to certified seed and genetic stock for crops, poultry, and aquaculture. These centres will integrate cold storage, packaging, and digital traceability systems to safeguard quality while protecting farmers and fishers from counterfeit inputs. On-site regulators from MoFA and GSA will certify outputs, ensuring farmers receive trusted, climate-smart inputs that improve yields, food security, and resilience.
